Our Factory

There are multiple processes involved in juice manufacturing. At our company, Daily Fresh Fruits India Private Limited, we manage a state of the factory in Tamil Nadu, where the processing of our range takes place. This set up is completely automated with a host of imported equipment and machines. The facility is run by workers who ensure natural goodness of fruits are preserved in each bottle and pack we make.

The Manufacturing Process

The first and foremost thing we keep in mind while making our Mango, Apple, Guava, Lemon, Orange, Jeera, Jinta, Meriba, Cloudy Lemon, Thunderfizzy, Soda is that our processes help lock in natural nutrients found in fruits. Therefore, we employ hot fill technology that aligns with international standards of producing beverages. Manufactured drinks are then carefully homogenized and pasteurized under expert supervision for guaranteeing complete uniformity & zero microbial activity. This process is followed by transferring the processed juices to rinsers, fillers, and juice making cappers under well designed HEPA filters. Every process is automatic, which helps us assure optimum hygiene in each manufactured batch. We also have experts who check and ensure each juice pack contains 100% juice and no added sugar.
